Do you locate existing services first?

Can you fix a boggy yard?
Usually, yes. Most soggy yards are missing falls or ag drainage. We work out where the water wants to go and build it a path.
What depth do you trench to?
Whatever the service requires: power, water and comms all have their own specs, and we trench to them so your sparky or plumber can get straight to work.
Will my lawn be wrecked?
Trenching makes a mess by nature, but we strip and replace turf where possible and leave the ground level and clean.
