What we collect. When you use the quote form or call us, we collect the details you give us: your name, phone number, suburb, and what the job involves. That's it. No accounts, no tracking cookies, no data brokers.
Why we collect it. To quote your job, do the work, and stay in touch about it. Your details go to Hartley Earthworks by email and are kept in our records so we can look after you as a repeat customer.
Who we share it with. Nobody, except the service providers that make this website work (hosting and email delivery), who only process it on our behalf. We never sell or rent your details.
How long we keep it. As long as we need it to serve you, or as required for tax and business records. Ask us to delete your details any time.
Your rights. Under the Australian Privacy Principles you can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email demo@xjoc.agency and we'll sort it, usually within a few days.
This site. Pages are served securely over HTTPS. The embedded map is loaded from Google and is covered by Google's own privacy policy.
