Do you work from my building plans?
Yes. Send the site plan with your quote request and we set out from it. If pegs are in, even better; we work to whatever your builder needs.
What about rock or wet ground?
We flag the risk up front after walking the site, not after the invoice. If conditions change mid-job, you hear about it the same day with options and numbers.
Can you match the builder’s timeline?
That is normal for us. Pads are usually cut well inside a week of confirmation, weather permitting, and we coordinate directly with your builder if you want.
Is the spoil taken away?
Included in the quote unless you want it kept for fill. Either way, nothing gets left in a heap by the fence.
